Rick Caruso’s Architectural Masterpiece Now Open in Beverly Hills

Developer Rick Caruso’s luxury apartment project in Beverly Hills has recently opened on 8500 Burton Way at the intersection of La Cienega and Burton Way.  Caruso incorporated a variety of architectural concepts—including a glass tower and modernist designs of the 1960s—coupled with 5-star concierge services to bring this lavish complex to life.

This new cutting-edge modern apartment compound consists of eight stories and was estimated at $65 million.  In addition to the contemporary architectural designs throughout, there is a rooftop deck with an infinity pool and spa, optimal views of Los Angeles, a full-service Trader Joe’s market and a gourmet coffee shop/café.

Eighty-eight one, two and three bedroom apartments will be available, ranging from 900 to 2,200 square feet.  Apartments will also feature hardwood floors, hardwood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and ceramic and stone tiling.  Full-service concierge services and an unmatched scope of amenities will be exclusively available to residents and guests.

Rick Caruso developments are always a sight to behold, this new one being no exception. Mr. Caruso’s The Grove at Farmers Market attracted more visitors in the first couple of years it was open than Disneyland.  Caruso ventured out to Glendale as the real estate market was cratering and built Americana at Brand, which sold out the condos when just about every condo project was failing in Los Angeles.  The new development at 8500 Burton way is just as innovative as his previous projects.  No wonder Caruso’s properties have won multiple design awards, including the 2009 Gold Award from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
