Ten-X requires an outside broker to assist sellers and MW Team Brokerage is very well versed in all of the Ten.X systems and procedures, how to best strategize the presentation of your asset to the Ten-X underwriting take-in team, as well as managing the Ten-X deployment, marketing, and auction process. Listing on the Ten-X platform makes for a somewhat different timeline, but all of our internal and external marketing listed here applied, with the additional marketing provided by Ten-X. This platform is ideal for certain types of listings and if you have time constraints. Additionally, this listing approach can give your asset international exposure as well as other non-local investors.
