MW is built upon a long tradition of best commercial real estate brokerage and property management practices as set forth by National Association of Realtors endorsed CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). Mr. Baschung holds the CCIM and CPM® designations, the culmination of rigorous graduate level education and verified experience conferred by CCIM and IREM.

MW property management practice is governed by the Code of Professional Ethics established by the Institute of Real Estate Management, the nationally recognized Gold Standard of property management organizations. As a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Mr. Baschung pledged himself to maintain the highest moral and ethical standards consistent with the objectives and higher purpose of the Institute. The regulatory practices of MW have been vetted by former California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) auditors under the supervision of Southern California’s most highly respected legal expertise in the field of BRE compliance. MW is compliant in every respect with BRE requirements. Within the framework of strict compliance, MW seeks to align the interests of various stakeholders, from property owners and investors to residents and lessees, employees, vendors, and municipal regulations representatives. MW is also constantly taking input from the various stakeholders in order to adjust systems for optimal performance, risk management, and customer service excellence.

As President of MW Team Brokerage, Wolf Baschung also retains the CCIM designation. This requires maintaining membership current with the CCIM Institute and with the National Association of REALTORS® as a REALTOR®. Members subscribe to the CCIM and the NAR Code of Ethics. At the local level Mr. Baschung is a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors and the Los Angeles Chapter of CCIM. He was 2013 President of the Los Angeles Chapter of CCIM.
