The regulatory practices of MW have been vetted by former California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) auditors under the supervision of Southern California’s most highly respected legal expertise in the field of BRE compliance. As President of MW Team Brokerage, Wolf Baschung also retains the CCIM designation. This requires maintaining membership current with the CCIM Institute and with the National Association of REALTORS® as a REALTOR®. Members subscribe to the CCIM and the NAR Code of Ethics. At the local level Mr. Baschung is a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors and the Los Angeles Chapter of CCIM. He was 2013 President of the Los Angeles Chapter of CCIM.
