Wolf Baschung holds graduate degrees from New York University and The New School for Social Research. He is a licensed California Broker, Realtor, CCIM, and CPM. Mr. Baschung is President of MW Real Estate and Director at Keller Williams Commercial. He was 2013 President of the LA Chapter of CCIM and continues to serve on its Board of Directors. The CCIM and CPM® designations represent the culmination of rigorous post-graduate education and verified management and transactional experience.

 

Under his direction, MW Real Estate has executed every facet of investment property work — due diligence, financing, acquisition, management, and disposition — across Greater Los Angeles. In recent years, MW has invested heavily in custom-built automation and AI-driven workflows that allow a focused team to deliver the responsiveness and analytical depth historically reserved for institutional managers.

Juliana Francisco — Office Manager

Juliana oversees the day-to-day operations of MW Real Estate, from vendor coordination and tenant communication to bookkeeping support and document management. She is the central point of contact for owners, tenants, and outside partners, and the reason MW’s small office runs with the precision its clients expect.

Mohit Jain — Senior Accountant, Synergey Accounting Services

Mohit leads MW’s accounting function: trust accounting, owner reporting, accounts payable review, and the financial workflows that connect MW’s property management system to its automation platform. His work ensures monthly owner reports, year-end statements, and 1099 processing happen accurately and on schedule.

Michael Meltzer — Transaction Coordinator

Michael handles transaction coordination for MW’s brokerage activity, managing the documentation, disclosures, and deadlines that keep escrows on track from acceptance through close.

Rent posting, vendor bill processing, owner report assembly, and maintenance request triage run on automation built specifically for MW’s portfolio and integrated directly with our property management system.

 

After hours, an AI agent picks up tenant calls in real time. It assesses urgency, dispatches contractors for genuine emergencies, and captures non-urgent requests for next-day follow-up — communicating across phone, text, and email. Tenants get an attentive response at any hour, and owners get the assurance that an emergency at 2 a.m. is being handled, not waiting for morning.

 

Modern payment rails are available for owner distributions and vendor disbursements — owners can opt into expedited payouts without the wire-transfer fees most managers pass through, while owners who prefer traditional check delivery still receive that. Vendors get paid faster, with full audit trails. Small efficiencies like these — postage not arbitrarily billed to property accounts, payments not held up by mailing schedules — compound across a portfolio.
