Need help with a self-guided showing? This page provides instructions for accessing your scheduled showing, opening the lockbox, and troubleshooting common mobile phone issues that may prevent you from receiving or using your access code.

Rental scam warning: Please be cautious of anyone asking you to send money outside of MW Real Estate’s official application and leasing process. MW Real Estate will not ask you to pay rent, deposits, application fees, holding fees, or move-in funds directly to an individual person by Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, wire transfer, cryptocurrency, gift card, or similar informal payment method.

Do not send money outside MW Real Estate’s official process, even if someone meets you at the property. Before paying any money or signing any lease, make sure you are communicating directly with MW Real Estate through our official website, office phone number, or company email address. If anything seems unusual, please contact our office before sending any payment.

MW Real Estate offers self-guided showings for many available rental units. After you schedule a showing and complete the required verification steps, you will receive instructions for accessing the property and lockbox.

  1. Schedule your showing for an available rental unit.
  2. Complete the required verification steps before your appointment.
  3. Arrive at the property during your scheduled showing window.
  4. Follow the access instructions sent to you for the property and lockbox.
  5. Secure the property when finished and return the key to the lockbox.
